Nunca Más Para Servirle gives an insight into the ongoing 500-year Mayan struggle in Guatemala. From the original genocide with the arrival of the Spanish, to the state genocide from 1960-96, and the ongoing “new colonialisms” by the Guatemalan state.

Mayan dance and music carry the piece with voices of activists, survivors, writers, sociologists and artists woven throughout. It draws us into Mayan values and another way of connecting with ourselves, each other, and Mother Earth.
